We are excited to announce the launch of the Skill-Up Program (Pawtucket), a 7-month, no-cost, cohort-based workforce training program for Pawtucket, RI residents seeking employment.

The Skill-Up Program is an initiative for residents of Pawtucket, RI, designed to empower individuals entering the workforce and those early in their careers. Through comprehensive job readiness training, the program provides participants with the essential skills, confidence, and support needed to secure meaningful employment and lay a strong foundation for their futures.
This valuable opportunity is offered at no cost to participants, thanks to funding from the City of Pawtucket, RI. Take the next step toward your career goals with Skill-Up—your pathway to success starts here!

Monthly, in-person training in a supportive, cohort-based environment
Communication – clear speaking, writing, listening, and interpreting body language.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – analyzing data, identifying issues, and making sound decisions.
Teamwork & Collaboration – working effectively with others toward shared goals.

The second and final application round will close on December 31st.
Interviews will be ongoing.
Acceptance notifications emails will be sent to participants during this time.
The Program will start in the Winter of 2025.
