Emerging Leaders Development Program Participants

The program aims to provide participants with a blueprint to advocate through all phases of their career trajectory.

The program will use the competencies in leadership best practices, strategic thinking, leading through change and communication, all with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a strengths-based approach.

The goal of the program is to provide diverse young leaders and mid-level professionals with the tools needed to advance their career strategies and move up the ladder so that they can advocate for wage increases, and increases in responsibility and leadership.

The Fall 2024 Cohort is free for participants through funding received by the Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training and will be delivered by RIBBA in partnership with the University of RI Office of Strategic Initiatives.

The application deadline is Saturday, August 31, 2024.
