The Emerging Leaders Development Program is a 7-month cohort based program designed to provide participants who live or work in Rhode Island with additional knowledge, skills and tools they need to advance their career.

LEAP Mentorship & Training Program

The Leadership Equity Accelerated Pathway (LEAP) Mentorship & Training Program supports and educates individuals aged 18-25 through their academic and early careers by providing mentorship well-informed training that strengthens their skills.

Scholarship Opportunity

RIBBA’s scholarship offers supplementary financial assistance to students seeking education in post-secondary institutions to cover the cost of educational expenses. The scholarship program was founded in 2015 and has annually awarded students who are planning on attending college or university.
