Emerging Leaders Development Program

The Emerging Leaders Development Program is a 7-month cohort-based program designed to provide participants who live or work in Rhode Island with additional knowledge, skills, and tools they need to advance their careers. This program addresses the critical workforce gap in the state, ensuring that individuals are well-prepared to meet the demands of today’s job market and thrive in their professional journeys.

We are now accepting applications for our new 2025 Cohort specifically for Pawtucket, RI residents.

LEAP Mentorship & Training Program

The Leadership Equity Accelerated Pathway (LEAP) Mentorship & Training Program offers a premier and essential educational experience for individuals aged 18-25, guiding them through their academic and early career journeys. Through expertly designed mentorship and high-quality training, participants cultivate and enhance their skills, ensuring they are well-equipped for future success.

Scholarship Opportunity

RIBBA’s scholarship offers supplementary financial assistance to students seeking education in post-secondary institutions to cover the cost of educational expenses. The scholarship program was founded in 2015 and has annually awarded students who are planning on attending college or university.
